THE DETAILS THAT MATTER.

Your examination credit

When you have an examination and then proceed with an agreed treatment plan, the examination amount already paid is credited once against that plan. It is not an extra discount applied twice.

Your treatment deposit

The treatment deposit is 15% of the remaining balance after that examination credit. It applies when proceeding with a treatment plan, not as a 15% deposit on your examination.

Changing an appointment

The treatment deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled. Ask the team to explain the arrangements that apply to your plan before paying.

What a starting fee means

“From”, “per tooth” and “per arch” matter. Complexity, laboratory work and additional procedures can affect your estimate. One arch means upper or lower teeth, not both.

Named systems and whole-smile plans

Boutique, Enlighten and ClearCorrect are quoted individually. General whitening or aligner prices do not establish a brand package price. Whole-smile planning is an individual estimate, not a fixed bundle.

Payment arrangements

Talk to the team before committing. No finance plan is advertised here and this website does not take payments. Travel and accommodation costs are separate.
