An implant replaces a missing tooth root and supports a replacement tooth or teeth. We assess oral health, supporting bone and relevant medical history, and compare alternatives such as bridges or dentures. More information may be needed before suitability is established.

Implants involve treatment, healing and ongoing care. Additional procedures may be needed. Complications can occur and neither the implant nor its restoration comes with a lifetime promise. Compare the full restoration cost, not just the fixture.

Your assessment confirms suitability, the teeth or treatment involved, and the complete fee. Additional investigations, procedures and ongoing care are explained in your written estimate.
New-patient examination £135. Cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations are complimentary with an examination. When you proceed with an agreed treatment plan, the examination amount paid is credited once; the treatment deposit is 15% of the remaining balance.

Why two prices?
The fixture-only fee does not include the whole visible replacement. Implant-and-crown treatment starts at £3,250; your estimate confirms the complete scope.
Can I have it in a day?
Do not assume a same-day route. Timing and temporary arrangements depend on assessment and healing.
Will I need extra procedures?
Possibly. Any proposed additional work and costs are explained before you agree.
Do implants last forever?
There is no lifetime guarantee. Ongoing cleaning, review and possible repair or replacement matter.
