An implant-supported restoration can replace a full arch of teeth in suitable cases. The number of implants and restoration design follow clinical assessment. The fee guide includes All-on-4 / full arch; that does not make one configuration right for everyone.

WHAT TO KNOW.
Discuss any proposed extractions, surgery, healing and the difference between temporary and final teeth. This is a significant treatment commitment, including maintenance. An arch is the upper or lower set; a per-arch fee is not a full-mouth price.

All-on-4 / full archFrom £12,500 per arch
Your assessment confirms suitability, the teeth or treatment involved, and the complete fee. Additional investigations, procedures and ongoing care are explained in your written estimate.
New-patient examination £135. Cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations are complimentary with an examination. When you proceed with an agreed treatment plan, the examination amount paid is credited once; the treatment deposit is 15% of the remaining balance.

Does it always mean four implants?
No. Your clinician recommends the appropriate configuration after assessment.
Does that price cover both arches?
No. The starting price is per arch; a plan for upper and lower teeth must cover both separately.
Are teeth in a day guaranteed?
No. The proposed sequence and any interim restoration are explained for your individual case.
What should I compare in quotes?
Compare procedures, temporary and final restorations, reviews, maintenance and any extra costs.
