HARLEY STREET DENTISTS
FRIDAY + SATURDAY
Urgent dental appointments · London W1
Pain, swelling or an injury needs the right advice. Call to check availability. Do not wait for a DM when the problem is urgent.
The team must confirm whether and when you can be seen. An enquiry does not reserve an emergency slot, and this site does not promise same-day or out-of-hours appointments. If you cannot reach a dentist and need urgent dental advice, contact NHS 111.
Call 999 or go to A&E for serious symptoms such as severe swelling affecting breathing, swallowing, the eye or neck, or a serious facial injury. Use emergency medical services rather than an online message in those circumstances.

The team checks availability and the appropriate next step; no slot is assumed.
The appointment assesses the problem. Any further treatment and fees are explained separately.
Your assessment confirms suitability, the teeth or treatment involved, and the complete fee. Additional investigations, procedures and ongoing care are explained in your written estimate.
New-patient examination £135. Cosmetic, Invisalign and implant consultations are complimentary with an examination. When you proceed with an agreed treatment plan, the examination amount paid is credited once; the treatment deposit is 15% of the remaining balance.
FULL FEES + APPOINTMENT TERMS ↗No. It is the appointment fee. A filling, root canal or other treatment is assessed and priced separately.
For urgent symptoms, use a telephone advice route. Do not wait for a social or text reply.
Contact an operating dentist or NHS 111. Use 999 or A&E for serious emergency symptoms.
No. Friday and Saturday requests still require confirmation against the diary.
Know who is looking after you. Meet the dentists, read their published qualifications and GDC details, and ask the team who is appropriate for your care.
